It is legal, I asked that question at the first Monkinar. We are a loosely formed investment club and as long as no single person owns more than 10% it is all good. If someone holds more than that then there are issues.

Made a lot of money on other stocks, haven't been to jail yet. lol. Bought a stock last year at .001 and sold for .04. Bigger gains than 500% to say the least.

I agree with the other posters in that our actions are legal, but more importantly wanted to commend you for being cautious. Too many traders out there do not heed to caution when dealing with OTCBB/pinks...
