UTYW had a lot to offer but just couldn't get things really going in the telecom business because of the economy, in my opinion. In 2006 they acquired 3 telecom companies in their field of business and had some large companies as customers like qcom. Within utyw assets I believe they have a business to sell or restart. These are only a few of the reasons I believe you are right.
