B2(or not B2, that is the question), I think it has to do with the size and timing of the sell offer. A few days ago I neutralized a sell price with just 5000 shares. Today, 8500 were not enough. But why would the seller not just take my higher offer? Maybe we meet in the middle, which means the seller had a really lower than market offering price. Crazy seller, or naked short seller? Tomorrow maybe we can lump those two together.
