Sylvre, and what if Cotton is setting up for permits to be announce next 2 weeks / in position with China, and then 1 step closer to contracts because of today's announced progress ?

Also, if it was a contract then it would be too late to get in on this. If/When the actual contract is announced, it will be difficult to catch up with this baby.

Plus, it's dated over 2 weeks ago. Nothing significant is going to happen here until we see permits and production.

How costly was this process to assure they can sell to China ?
Why would they go through the motions if permits / contracts were not around the corner ?
