In regards to George Rebensdorf:

1. the amount of shares is so minimal.

2. Mr Lorsch has no idea when any of his directors sell stock nor does he tell them good times to buy and sell. He runs the company and is working his a$$ off.

3. George is on the Board of Directors - if anyone noticed these people are getting stock as salary at this point. There will be much more stock coming George's way and if he decides to sell for $5,600 in cash now while still holding over 1.5M shares then I wouldn't take it as a sign of panic selling.
