Why do you need a fee? If you have found detremental information and you really want to take GSRE down then take a snapshot of it and post it. Why is that so hard? Years of posting the same jibberish (not necessarily you) is no different than GSRE releasing the same jibberish NRs. If you truely want to put a nail in the coffin here then just post it. Asking for money makes the deed no better then anything GSRE has done (trading misrepresented NRs for new share issues). Unless you have no info. Then the money comes to you up front and someone else is left holding the bag - again, just like you claim GSRE is doing. I really dont understand why this is so difficult. Your stalling simply makes others wonder what youre up to and destroys your credibility. There are so many here that claim GSRE is up to no good, but when asked to provide proof all we receive are stall and misdirection tactics.
