Can you tell me why nobody has spoken to Weiss as much as they've spoken to Hayter regarding UDHC? I've seen this shell through a few name changes. The story has always been that Hayter sold the shell, yet here he is again. It's funny how easy it is for him to make people believe he constantly buys and sells the same shells over and over.
