(My Comment) I know this information is already public, but this just came so i posted it. Yes, what we really want is "production news", but it seems ARSC has to get current with their filings in order to comply with the funding agreement! And that's what they are concentrating their efforts on first! Their filings also have to be current to uplist, and also helps their credibility! Once the funding comes through then production can begin!

I'm hoping the next PR includes good news about funding finalization, production comencement and/or the spin-off of Hydra to the shareholders!
