You seem to be of the opinion that this is about what you paid for your shares and what a reasonable recovery should be. Don’t think of it in that manner, as that is not what this is all about. This investment is based on the premise that criminal activities took place and that it can be easily proven and for the most part already has.
The company value at the time of the seizure was 52 billion dollars JPM has since made 30 billion dollars form the theft of WM that is 80 billion dollars that was unjustly taken from the investors of this company and given to JPM. There was property taken and delivered to JPM that could not be taken and delivered and there are many damages to be considered. Your low expectations are not even a consideration in reality unless you wish these actions to continue.
