I agree... I don't know what restrictions they have, but I can't imagine FINRA approving this either. I think it is certainly going to raise a lot of questions by FINRA.

Kinda makes you wonder if Marc has or had a short position in UCSO and just did this to drive the price down. I know that is pretty crazy, but so is a r/s with only 75m o/s....
