The reason they CANNOT be sent to your Brokerage is that they are PRIVATE and Not Traded Shares. Make the Call

The Kinderview certificates are not going to be added to your account they are paper certs that should be mailed to your address. I didnt think either that I should have had to do anything to get mine but I took a few minutes of my time did some research called a few people and was able to get ALL my certs within a few days.
