i've been reading the Monks Den & CDIV boards for a while now. I think you are right. I just hope the pps of EIGH doesn't go up too fast because I intend to invest heavily with the profits from CDIV.

EIGH is a current play, it is just in the earlier stages than CDIV but many of us are accumulating and plan to really step it up after the CDIV run.
