I'll have to agree with you about the ammount of posts and the cheerleaders should spend a little more time in the locker room.
It's well known that this "intent to merge" is iminent. The time frame set is by the end of the second quarter which according to OTCMarkets is June. It doesn't give a SPECIFIC date.
Hold it, or sell it!
