Yes it appears that for every share of EBIG you own on April 16 then said shareholder,shall recieve an equal share restricted divedend from new uplisted companies that EBIG brings to the market..I still dont know how long they are restricted for, if EBIG isnt fully reporting they may be restricted for 6 or 12 months I am awaiting a response for this...but either way its free shares, now we need to investigate the companies they are putting on the BB... will post tommorrow
