Armour & HCotton: The billion shares do not have to be aquired to be retired. Listen to the Feb 2nd CC. Question from Alex NJ begins at 31:00 into CC. At 31:15 seconds, Frank states very clearly the billion shares being retired are the personal holdings of himself and Cesar. These are then their own shares being voluntarily retired, so the theory that the company officers are atempting to hold down the price to aquire for retirement is not only false, it is unfair and could cause uneccessary negativity for other shareholders. I have mentioned this fact before, yet it continues to come up that people did not listen to this CC all the way through. I took the time to listen again so that I could provide you with the exact moments at which this information was revealed! Proper DD before forming and publishing theories gentlemen please!
