Yes, they will provide tradable float or restricted shares information.

I haven't followed EXPH in awhile and just stop in to see what's up. It's interesting that TDA is not allowing you to open a new position. I tried to place a buy order of 500K but said you can't open a position.

As I had said all along last year when price was in cents that this company should be no worth than .006 a share at maximum and .003 a share after the missed target. I still stand by that and think that if things stayed as I gave evaluation then, PPS now is cheap and it's the time to buy.

I sure love to find out how I can open a position here with TDA. I guess MMs have been shorting the hell out of this and stuck.
