HUMMMM on a pump would people consider a CEO communicating through Facebook odd. Facebook allows comapnies to set up and individuals obviously. In this case the CEO is dircting people away fromthe company facbook group to his peronal account.

He then comminucates information to shareholders if they are "friends" only. The way it works is one must request the other to be a friend and the other must accept. The CEO can reject friends requests.

Wheter or not material information is being distributed through Facebook is debateable but this is selective disclousre I would think.

I realize social netowkring is becoming more prevalent but at this point I would consider the activity odd at best.

No kidding, looks like someone manipulated a PR, I posted the actual PR from the GD website, where it says specifically that they awarded the contract to their own subsidiary, but nobody's paying too much attention I think...oh well, their karma to deal with, I did my part to spread the truth.

It happens about once a year with NSTLQ since 2007 at least.

I managed to get Pink OTC site to correct all their info, emailed them last night and they fixed it first thing this morning.

Also advised Knobias and OTC BB that the BB site has bad info, and I let the SEC know about the people inserting NSTLQ symbol into DOD contract award news with NASSC which is part of General Dynamics.

Also asked the SEC why it's still being quoted BB when they filed and terminated their registration in 2004, it should have gone Pink the next trading day.

Another question I'd like answered is who has been paying Pink OTC to have Level 2 quotes up.
