BTW. I still could not find any official source (actually I did not
sought yet), that proofs, that the issue has resolved. If anybody has found
something, except this joke, please post it here, thanks.
That is no joke.
I worked a judgment against Bergamo Acquisition Corp. The matter was
resolved yesterday when Bergamo flew down some amateur lawyer* from Dallas
who went all hysterical and caused a scene at the courthouse, which almost
killed the deal at the last minute. Deputies swarmed in, took statements,
and collected IDs to check for outstanding warrants. (Lee Ann doesn't even
have a Texas driver license - go figure).
The receiver, Bergamo's amateur lawyer, two deputies, and I went before the
judge of the 215th District Court, settlement documents were filed, a check
was handed over to me, and the matter is 100% completely resolved.
All of this is a matter of public record. You can register with the Harris
County clerk's officer and read the documents online if you want.
I wish Bergamo and Hillard Herzog well, and bear them no ill will. For me
it's just another case. Now I'm on to the next one.
