There is no mix up as far as the filings and CIK numbers...that's the first proof. There are no filings under NSTLQ's CIK number since 2004.

The filings are under SID's CIK.

The confusion, with both the filings and DOD news, is simply the first two words in the names of all three companies.

National Steel Corp which is NSTLQ.

National Steel Company which is the English name for SID.

National Steel and Shipbuilding Co., San Diego, Calif., (NASSCO) which is part of General Dynamics (GD).

It looks like some sort of web search spider or whatever they are called looking for filings and news and then matching them up with those two words.
