It's not just some sites confusing NSTLQ with SID with SEC filings, it goes beyond that to someone, looks to me like it's Info-Pro Research, whoever they are, either confusing NSTLQ with General Dynamics NASSCO, or purposely adding NSTLQ to DOD news releases, then spreading them.
Bottom line is that no penny Pink quoted shell is getting billions of $$ contracts out of the blue from DOD.
That should have been everyone's first clue...if it sounds too good to be true, it usually isn't true.
