That's right and the DOD contracts are not with NSTLQ, they are with General Dynamics sub National Steel and Shipbuilding Co., San Diego, Calif (NASSCO), but somebody called Info-Pro Research who gives news to OTC BB site and maybe others apparently takes part of the DOD news releases and adds NSTLQ to them.

It's not just sites like Pink and Nasdaq confusing SEC filings, it's even worse.

Here's an example from last week, from OTC BB site.

The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.
