You have no clue as to where the shares are being sold from. You are assuming they are shares being sold directly by the company. Please desist from making statements as fact when they are merely your opinion.
You are wrong. A lot of shares were bought in the open market between .0003 and .009. None of those are underwater. The shares being sold could be those shares or those who bought higher and are taking a loss.
I still hold a bunch from .002. I sold from .02 all the way up to .074, and sold some on the way back down to .02. You may think this stock is a joke, but I paid off my mortgage largely due to ASFX.
