All present offices in Japan. US office planned for 2010 after acquisition is made. Last we heard several US opportunities were being evaluated.

Not too worries... since all the operating entities are in Japan. It makes no sense for Kuni to pay rents here in America with a nice office and jack up the expense in the Q....
