You seem to not want to relegate the fact that any numbers thrown out are pure conjecture at this point (just as your favorite NSS theory); all guesses. Yes, the A/S is 3B and that could definitely be construed as a red flag for the O/S, but until we see some filings or other evidence by the SEC, DOJ, etc., we don't know.
Sorry to burst anyone's bubble on this matter- it works both ways (3B or 300M O/S proponents).
