Don't get 2 excited yet but, I think the Senate just passed (in the middle of the night) a bill extending the Tax Credit...I'm still trying 2 sift thru several vague news reports indicating everything from a 1 month to 1 year (retro-active) extension....still trying to confirm this using streaming 'realtime' links....from what I've been reading all day , there was an extension of the Biodiesel Tax Credit included in the Unemployment Insurance extension proposal thats been hung-up by one fruitcake Senator. I guess somebody finally dragged him out behind the barn , he's now seen-the-light & stepped-aside. The bill passed & Obama is scheduled to sign quickly. Again; I'm still trying 2 confirm if , in-fact, this actually included (in its final form) the Biodiesel Tax Credit and for what lenght of time. I also read reports (earlier today) that they'd be addressing a year-long extension next week.
Still trying to validate this info......
Maybe things are 'looking-up' for our refinery (from what I can gather , as of this moment).
