Right who wouldn't spend 10 g's of someone elses money to make even more? All I know for sure is I have a really bad feeling with this one, they have one month to do something with the license, so we will know one wat or the other whats going on by months end!...I do not have much confidence in HESG at this point, I HOPE they prove me wrong, but I think this is some kind of scam???
So now we have gone from he didn't buy any licenses at all and all the PR stuff was a scam.

Too well yes he spent the $10K to make the pump and dump look real. when a month ago you said the PR was fake and no money was spent.
If he had no real intentions then why not have sold this license to someone else a month ago for $10k and complete the scam at no cost at all. Why just let the license just go to waste, Sell it and go to Hawaii.
Where is the SEC investigation that some one posted on this board that they said the got a call from the SEC confirming they were investigating. Oh that's right that posted got deleted just like these recent e-mail post with smith.
I guess you will say that was all part of the pump and dump as well.
