I expect the company will put out some PR's between the EX-Date and the DIVY date. ie; the online gambeling site, New hotel up and running,etc. In the email I got from them they stated that they had upcoming aquisitions. Also they have some other things brewing. is what I gather from thier email. My guess is they want to get thier PPS up, and keep it there post DIVY. Also from what I gather they have capitol, most company's do this to raise capitol.
