Not an expert on HPNN or a newbie looking for help, current scenario the stock price is stuck between .0035 and .0040 wih no news, do we agree on these?

I have seen this before the company is letting investors get in cheap, MM are controlling the price to allow new investors entry points. Then the company will release 8K filings showing the new shares, after the investors are loaded up, the PR's will start to flow the price with jump and the new investors will make there promised returns.....and there could be some BIG news coveage coming on the company.

These our my opions of course.
