titaniuminvestor, bingo on the intercompany receivables. I asked about that in post 1996 and received no response. I noticed in the EC filing with their term sheet for reorg they said these intercompany receivables would be cancelled but newTronox reserved the right to reinstate them. So I am wondering if there are a lot of assets, especially cash, in the foreign subs.
