How could one believe that while HH, himself failed to that for years? Mind boggling question is that would any investor will trust Bergamo to be credit worthy after this debacle became public.

I will give one benefit to HH that he could have easily sold some shares in last few months and that meager amount would have easily paid off. If they were scam, they would have just sold a lot of their shares to replenish their accounts, apprently that did not seems to have happened.

Bergamo is spending quite a bit money (cash & shares) to promote the company on one hand and at the same time HH did NOT avoid this negative publicity to undermine all PR efforts. What a strategy. Only HH can do that.

I wonder about Greensafe as well, they are suppose to be doing the ground breaking in few weeks. Without money from Bergamo???

Who would have thought HH had enough money to get out of this? I thought most everyone said HH is flat broke and bgmo is history. I was ready to sell out today from reading everyone's posts. I tried to get my, at the market, sell order in right before the close, but when I hit the "place order" button it showed that the market was closed. Missed it by only one minute. I see where a lot of others did sell their share of the float the last two days and now HH comes thru with settling this law suite to end it for good. Wow, what a turn around and right before HH is scheduled to be coming back from his long over extended trip where he is suppose have got some funding. Na, we all know he will keep dalaying this funding because no real business man would ever think of investing in a pinky with these kind of credentials, right.

Hey, maybe with HH paying this law suite off the stock might bounce up 1 or 2 cents tomorrow and I can get a little more for my share of the float before HH announces that he didn't get any funding this time around. I hope there are some idiots out there who do not read these message boards that I can dump my shares onto before the pps goes to .01. Yep, these message boards are very useful. It allows for distractions from what is the main issue.
