OMG... this is too funny. I was just wondering why it was taking so long for Shayne to get that name change and symbol change done and then it hit me. Remember when I reported that Buzz Technologies, Inc. was not in good standing with the State of Texas Franchise Tax Board? Well, naturally, they still aren't. Con men aren't very good at details like that.

Well, there is no way Shayne can get the name of the corp changed unless and until he gets it back in good standing which means filling out and filing all the necessary reports and paying whatever taxes might be required. Remember, he said BZTG was making all that money... well now he will probably want to change his tune with Texas and let them know they didn't make anything.

Anyway, I doubt very much if he has the ability or, more importantly, the initiative to actually follow through on this promise any more than he has on any of the others.

He is going to have to file those reports for every year that's missing and the funny thing is, he can't just start a new corp cause this is the one that is public. What a total hoot. The bagholders are gonna get a chuckle out of this dilemma. All those big claims and promises about huge deals and Shayne can't even keep the core con.. BZTG in good standing so he can change the name.

Oh.. and as the icing on the cake.. of course Sean Lee is recorded as the CEO... MWAHAHAHAHA!!! What a joke... a total joke when you stop and consider just how foolish this is. Obviously, Shayne hasn't even taken the first baby step toward changing the name. Just a press release and on to the next item. No follow up.. no substance behind the lies.... just hollow words and empty promises.
I wonder if the die hard bagholders will ever give up on this loser.

So fellas... how's that dividend thing working out? Any updates from Shayne on why he intentionally lied to you?
