I am sure there is a lot of frustration, but why would they believe that CPRK will not pay them once the revenues start flowing in? That is quite an accusation to make. I can easily understand why CPRK has not been able to make payments so far - they are short on cash and need to put everything they can toward getting the sales of minerals going. Once they have taken care of that, why would they not begin to make good on their loans? They have made some payments on some of the loans previously.
