My Schwab acct.rep. verifies that their OS is 1.4 billion. Also confirmed with Bloomberg at the same time. Their most recent filing dated 2-22-10 shows 1.4 billion OS. There is no way 7-8 days later they would have released another 6.5 billion shares. It makes zero sense...
