I can buy that, but to keep both tickes active makes no sense to me, why not a share exchange, that should have been PR'd with the completion. Also it amounts to dilution, even if just the biproduct of the merger.

Also, as long as both tickers are active, CNCM would still not be reporting with out becoming current. Seems like they should end up under 1 ticker. Maybe there's a PR on the way about a share swap?
