[color=red][/color]I forgot to mention, that land ownership in Costa Rica has full rights and anything under or above land is an indivisible part of the whole.
When a surface is challenged in Costa Rica by squatters at that point anything resting in the land becomes part of the litigation. Like the farm invasion that happened to TATF in the past.
TATF contested the rights of the farm workers that where living there and won.
