Looks like he is done selling then. Because he was to sell 386,900 shares, and from todays filing:
"Common Stock 2/22/2010 S 177860 D $36769.82 7483907 D
Common Stock 2/23/2010 S 209040 D $62229.66 7274867 D "
Total shares sold was 386,900.

Looks as though this one guy accounted for about 10 percent of the volume with his sales on 2/22 and 2/23. No wonder the stock was plunging!

The other weird thing is that the average price he sold at on 2/22 was 20 cents. And the average price for his sales on 2/23 was higher. I think he has his dates backwards. LOL! Probably furious over the PPS drop when he filled it out.

Prior to these sales, his last sales were in December and August (at a much higher price). Seems as though he has a bias toward selling, but perhaps isn't going to keep raining down shares to depress the PPS.
