I really do appreciate your sharing all of this with me, belmont. Do you know how they generate proceeds from a timber stand improvement? Is there a viable market down there for cull trees? Around here the only use for culls is firewood which is so labor intensive that it's barely worth skidding out the culls. While the thinning process is necessary for the wellbeing of the stand of timber, culls don't generate much in the line of income.
