Strange. If I look at the trades here on IHUB, the bid has been moving up with the price over the last 20 minutes, yet the ask on my L2 has been sitting at .18. I know the L2 is refreshing because the ask and price keep changing and sales are showing too.
I wonder if the sales are going though at the ask and we never see the bid show because it gets filled right away. I bought earlier at .2 and the ask stayed at .19 and I was filled almost immediately.
