When NITE gets knocked off the inside BID or ASK they reflect a quote much farther away then their true inside BID/ASK for some reason. Then they will show their actual true inside quote within a minute or so. Not sure why they do this, but it seems to be what they have their MM's do most of the time in the OTC market.
