See, this is what I mean. The R/S makes 100% NO DIFFERENCE to the worth of your investment here. It is the same. Instead of going from .005 to 10 cents, it will go from .50 to 10 dollars.

Any way you cook it, that will be 10 to 20 bagger of your current investment.

Did a lot of people here by NEOM at one dollar. When the hell was that?????? It hasn't been up to one dollar in the 10 yrs I have been in. It once went briefly above 50 cents, and for 5 years has been in the one to 5 cent range.

If you didn't buy a ton of shares at .002 -.006, for the years that was available, then that is your own frickin choice. I bought many millions down there myself.

Most here were breaking even when the last run went to 2-3 plus cents. No one but the crazies thought we would see a buck any time this decade.

One of the things that gets me, is YA/NEOM's attitude that 50 cents will get a whole new class of investors compared to the current price. Yeah, like there's really a whole new class that buys when it's 50 cents or above. Does anyone know a lot of investors that only buy stocks that are above 50 cents? I've heard of $5, $10 and $15, but not 50 cents.

Soccerlogical, I value your posts and I've thought about a r/s since it became inevitable.

I'm not so sure that we won't be helped by the r/s.

I think NEOM has run out of buyers. It's been around for so many years, with such a checkered past, that I believe it has become tarnished.

It needs to do two things. (1) Get non-dilutive financing and (2) recapitalize with a reasonable number of shares outstanding.

IT NEEDS BOTH--one without the other won't work.

I understand what you're saying. I was CEO of a penny stock public company whose PPS went up over 1000% in two weeks but that was a far different situation then NEOM.

Right now, considering the stock environment and the present possibilities that are there for NEOM, I'd rather own 10,000 shares after the r/s then 1,000,000 before.

Regards,

Howard
