Was Mr. Herzog a defendant in the Vertoro litigation?

If not, then, how can a creditor garnishee the bank account for a director or officer of a public company?

If yes, then, of course they could.

Can some one show me where Mr. Herzog was defendant?

I also read in these notes that he was getting some money for the banking fees. So, if he raised the funds himself, wouldn't that explain the money in his own acocunt?

I saw a posting about this on a google discussion board from last year. The judgement amount is peanuts. I don't understand why HH didn't take care it before. Is there proof of accounts frozen or is this guy trying to teardown HH. If you follow this post it originated from google. Maybe HH can pay him off in stock. What keeps going through my mind is how HH told us how he would take care of shareholders and how happy we would be. Anybody happy here? Doesn't seem to be any insider trading yet. Millions of shares there and float. Volume low. Confidence still present. My confidence alittle beat up but stil holding.
