Is there anything other longs could do in regards to these letters? Would it help for us to send emails to them as well to increase the pressure on them??
Please advise......... as I suspect if that were done then the sheer volume would be alarming for them!

Mingy, a few tips.

One, you will never get a response to these letters based on the way you directed them. I would not take a non-response as proof of anything.

Second, people rarely respond to e-Mails in which the individual fails to properly identify themselves. If you haven't the courage to identify yourself you will not be taken seriously.

If I were to send an e-Mail to you accusing you or shorting SPNG and asked for proof by having you send me your account statements, would you do it? Especially if I signed it Patchman and thru a free Yahoo Mail account? That is essentially what you did here to GunnAllen relative to their interests in Spongetech.

That's hilarious Mingy. Those letters were undoubtedly moved to the "anonymous spammer file". You didn't sign them

By the way. How is that email attack on the MFS Family of Funds working out for you?

Have you considered writing the White House, the US Secret Service, or the Federal Reserve yet?

Mingy,

1) What makes you think SPNGE.OB is being naked shorted?

2) How does one go about naked shorting SPNGE.OB?

3) What are your "findings and suspicions"?

TIA

PS: Did you write this? Is it not a crime to even attempt to secure a copy of someone's tax return?

"I’ve been trying adamantly to get a copy of David Patch’s income tax filings from 08. I think it could prove very telling into who’s signing this scumbags checks.

Remember, these people act in concert, and are all part of the criminal enterprise. In my book, not one person is more guilty than the next, they are all held accountable for the acts the enterprise in general commits."
