Amphastar is bringing their case to the media hoping for understanding and pity - i would consider it a positive for MNTA at this point.

My understanding is the book has been closed, it was Momenta scientists (in collaboration with FDA officials) that closed it, and that is most of the reason for the accusations of conflict of interest by Amphastar.
