The IQD will never go on the forex. You do know that if it did it would go up against another country don't you? It is not traded simply by it's self. It would be shorted to death. The forex does not care about how much oil Iraq has. What do you think would happen the day that unemployment numbers are revealed for Iraq?
Can't have a country on the forex who is still occupied by another country.
