So I read all this yapping about the SEC and the Wells notice...
but when is the SEC ACTUALLY GOING TO DO SOMETHING?

It's been how many months??? You would think that if they had a case they would get off their ass and act on it.... Right?

This whole Wells notice thing... the sec "intends" to file charges
....so why don't they then? Who says they actually even have a valid case? (even if they do get around to filing the charges, does that automatically make them valid?) Don't we still go by "innocent until PROVEN GUILTY" in this country???
