Very nicely put Master Jedi! Since everyone is asleep, quietly take a look at http://www.stockta.com/cgi-bin/analysis.pl?symb=GERS&table=trend&mode=table but SHHHH, don't wake the sleeping bear.

Someone made a joke a while back, saying that this information is based on no data. Since then, I have been studying. It actually is based of data and a reasonable formula.

Use the force:

Both Twiggs Money Flow and Chaikin Money Flow are based on the Accumulation Distribution indicator.

Marc Chaikin calculates AD using:

1. Close minus Low
2. High minus Close, and
3. High minus Low.

His formula first positions the close in relation to the trading range:
{(Close - Low) - (High - Close)} / {High - Low}

and then calculates AD by multiplying the result by the day's volume:
{(Close - Low) - (High - Close)} / {High - Low} * Volume

The Chaikin Money Flow sums AD for 21 days and then divides the result by volume for the identical period. Volume is used as the divisor so that the indicator will fluctuate between a maximum of 1 and a minimum of -1.

The "barking twice" problem is caused by the straight summation of AD for 21 days - unusual data affects the indicator on the day it is added and again when it is removed (on day 22).

People need to understand only 2 things here.

The first is significant share dilution is occurring and will continue to occur as long as YA/Yorkville/Cornell is holding CD's KK signed away. From the latest filings this will take years for YA and KK to complete, not months or weeks from now. Years.

The second is understand traditional chart analysis does not apply to a stock chart where the company is diluting their stock.

KK and YA/Yorkville/Cornell rely on uninformed fresh bag holders to 'discover' this stock, perform traditional chart analysis, believe the story, drink the kool-aid, and look no further before then buy in. Once bag holders have bought in, they tend to stay and hope for a different outcome. Unfortunately when YA/Yorkville/Cornell is involved as they are here, a different outcome is far from likely. The only chart analysis that is important here is the following long term chart. The trend is obvious. Good luck to all.

This is my last post here. I don't know what else I can post that I have not already put up.

People are buying but people are selling also for a lost, too much diluting, even with good news PPS will probably move to .0005. If win litigation, we'll see a big spike for a minute then all the people bought @ .0002 or 0003 will sell at least 50% of holding to get their investment back. I have my limit sell @ .0004 and I don't know if I can ever sell it without a RS. GLTA
