I would look to the connection between JD and Clay...Where was the intro...I doubt Clay went to JD..I think Clay is large enough for peeps to go to him, or ref him...The problem is that JD paid Clay directly IMO...

JD knew what was coming and IMO allowed certain IHub friendlies to post the wrong info, the "ETC will earn EXPH $100mil from 1 client" BS, while threatening "bashers"...The only "warning JD issued was that it would take a couple years...Well Thats BS cuz EXPH will NEVER earn $100mil from 1 client from ETC...That would mean ETC does well over $1bil.....

Then selloff day, er launch day just days before the divy spin off PR...
