M&M would not resign and lose the corporate cover. Why would they go it alone when as officers the company can klegally cover their attorney fees, etc?

Lv2Fly, I wasn't referring to M&M resigning. I was talking about their auditors. But you are correct, M&M have not yet resigned. What a wild and wacky stock! lol.
