Except, my understanding is that JBI will deliver and install the catalyst, Pak-it will manufacture the different components in predetermined quantities (pak-its?), JV's will run the machines, and Javaco will protect any tampering through wireless sensors and connectivity...

If those layers of protection get breached, the heterogeneous catalyst itself presents problems as to the components and their proportions, since the final "mix" does not resemble the components...

All IMO...
