Could you explain this requirement in the user agreement...

misuses the words "your" and "you're."

It was a light hearted attempt at humor.

If people actually got in trouble for it, over half of the members of Ihub would have gotten in trouble.

Lighten up dude.

Also, why can't a person mention another potential stock on a board as long as he/she puts 1) OT and 2) is a contributing member of that particular board and 3) doesn't spam the same stock to multiple boards.

Because stock specific boards are just that.

Stock specific.

This has been discussed many times.

On stock specific boards, off topic posts posts are not allowed, even if a post is preceded by an OT.

Many moderators monitor the boards for posts marked OT and remove those posts as soon as they see it.

Find a general stock board or a board for that stock to discuss it.

Have fun,
Phil

If you're making a comparison to another stock on a stock specific board for instance, using charts as an example to explain your comments in that the two stocks are similar in technical chart progression.

Or, the two stocks have the same company officers or PR provider or share the same office, something that ties the two together as a point of interest, should be alright in topic discussion on a stock specific board.

It's when the discussion varies off into areas that don't have any connection to the stock whatsoever, that posts become in jeopardy of being removed by moderators.
